医院处方外流对接外部药房体系（合规python代码版）

体系概述

本体系旨在资助医院实现与外部零售药店的安全、合规对接，满意2025年医保局和卫健委关于处方流转的最新规定。体系接纳Python开辟，基于RESTful API实现医院HIS体系与外部药房之间的处方信息传输、医保付出验证和处方状态跟踪等功能。
